The second edition of the International Symposium- MitoPorto, entitled “Mitochondrial Evolution, Metabolism and Disease” took place on 13th July 2018, at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Porto, Portugal.
During the meeting Project FOIE GRAS coordinator – Paulo Oliveira gave a talk on “Pluripotency, mitochondrial metabolism, and quality control mechanisms in embryonal carcinoma cells”. Project FOIE GRAS researcher Carlos Palmeira was chairing the Session 3 of the meeting.
Inês Simões (ESR1) and Ines Mateus (ESR3) presented their research results with a poster presentation and Emilio Molina(ESR7) attended the meeting.
